Bonjour
My name is Madame Rudneva. I would like
to welcome the students to the school
year of 2011/2012. I hope learning
French will be an interesting and
exciting journey here in Hamburg School.
Activities: Students K-3 will
learn a lot of topics in French: how to
greet people, to count, tell day and
month of the year, identify and describe
many objects. Students of 4th
-8th grade will continue
their program of the French 1 level.
Within the program students will be
involved in many different activities:
projects, group activities, French
videos, songs, language games. Students
of all levels will learn a lot of
interesting things about French culture.
Student responsibilities: to be prepared
for class, follow class rules,
participate.
Assessment: Tests = 20%
Quizzes = 20% ***these can be
unannounced
Participation = 30%
Homework = 10%
Projects = 20%
